If any, this work created a breakthrough in my thoughts as a painter and artist. It is huge. Making it was perplexing. Somehow I finally managed to create something beyond my wildest imagination. Ambiguity in plain sight, shapes and forms that both attracted and pushed away. Turning the work upside down created orthogonal emotional reactions in people who viewed the work: in some fear, disgust, joy and pleasure, in others literally loss of balance in the body motor system.
