Ennead I, named after the collection of lectures by the neo-Platonist Plotinus (270 AD). The lectures were collected and compiled by his pupil Porphyry. I liked the lightness of the strokes, the ephemeral look and feel of the white areas, the minimal shapes lending substance to an otherwise vacuous background. The seemingly disconnected forms were like thoughts blowing in the wind.
